Services

What I can build for you.

From one fast landing page to a whole product with an admin panel behind it.

01

Product engineering, end to end

You have an idea and a deadline. I take it from brief to a deployed product with an admin panel, and hand it over documented.

From ৳180,000per projectTypically 6–10 weeks · 40% to start

  • Discovery, scope and a milestone plan
  • Next.js front end and Node or NestJS API
  • Database design and an admin panel
  • Deployment, monitoring and handover notes
What this includes

How it works

A fixed price against a written scope, invoiced across milestones. You see a working staging URL from week two, and the final payment is due when it is live and handed over.

What you get

  • A written brief and milestone plan before any code
  • A Next.js front end and a Node or NestJS API
  • A database design and an admin panel so you are not dependent on me to change content
  • Deployment, a performance pass, and handover notes your next developer can read
  • Thirty days of support after launch

What is not included

Branding and visual identity, copywriting, and ongoing feature work after handover. I can quote those separately or work alongside your designer.

Dashboards & internal tools

Data-heavy screens that stay fast and usable — operations panels, admin consoles, reporting and real-time views.

From ৳120,000per projectTypically 4–7 weeks

  • Tables, filters and bulk actions at scale
  • Charts and reports people actually read
  • Roles, permissions and an audit trail
  • Real-time updates over WebSockets
What this includes

How it works

Usually an extension of a product you already have, so it starts with a paid discovery week against your real codebase and data. The quote after that is fixed.

What you get

  • Screens that stay usable at ten thousand rows — virtualised tables, server-side filtering and pagination
  • Charts and exports that answer the questions people actually ask
  • Roles, permissions and an audit trail
  • Real-time updates where they earn their keep, polling where they do not

Good to know

If your data model needs work first, I will say so before quoting rather than building on top of it.

E-commerce & marketing sites

Storefronts and landing pages that load fast, rank well and can be updated without a developer.

From ৳90,000per projectTypically 3–5 weeks

  • Headless storefronts on Next.js
  • Checkout and payment integration
  • SEO, structured data and share cards
  • A CMS the content team can use
What this includes

How it works

Priced per project once we agree the page list and whether you are keeping your current commerce backend. Keeping it is usually the right call — replacing only the front end is faster and cheaper than a replatform.

What you get

  • A headless storefront on Next.js, statically rendered and revalidated on webhook
  • Checkout and payment integration against your existing provider
  • SEO, structured data and share cards set up and verified
  • A CMS your content team can use without a developer

Ongoing

Hosting on Vercel runs at roughly the cost of a coffee a month at this traffic. I can hand that over or manage it on a retainer.

Performance & accessibility rescue

A fixed-scope audit of a site that got slow or failed an accessibility review, with the fixes applied — not just a PDF of problems.

৳45,000fixedOne site · results in 10 working days

  • Core Web Vitals audit on real devices
  • WCAG 2.2 AA review with assistive tech
  • Prioritised fixes, applied and verified
  • A budget and CI check so it stays fixed
What this includes

How it works

One fixed price, one site, ten working days. You get the fixes applied to a branch, not a PDF of problems for someone else to action.

What you get

  • A Core Web Vitals audit on a real mid-range Android over 4G, not a desktop lab run
  • A WCAG 2.2 AA review including keyboard and screen-reader passes
  • Prioritised fixes applied and verified, biggest win first
  • A performance budget wired into CI so the regression does not come back

Good to know

If the audit finds the problem is architectural rather than a set of fixes, I will tell you in week one and refund the balance.

Prices are a starting point for a typical scope. Tell me what you need and you will get a fixed quote before any work begins.

Process

How we'll work together.

Four stages, a walkthrough at the end of each, and no invoice you didn't see coming.

  1. 01

    Discover

A call and a short written brief: who it is for, what success looks like, and what we are deliberately not building.

  2. 02

    Plan & design

Architecture, data model and screen flows, broken into milestones you can see on a calendar.

  3. 03

    Build

A weekly walkthrough on a real staging URL. You see progress every week, not a reveal at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

Deployment, a performance pass, handover notes and thirty days of support included.

Testimonials

What it's like to work with me.

Words from founders, product managers and the developers who inherited the code.

“Rofiq is the engineer I hand the ambiguous brief to. He comes back with the three questions nobody thought to ask, then builds the version we actually needed. The POS dashboard took order entry from 48 seconds to 19 and our support queue has never recovered — in the good way.”
FCFarhana ChowdhuryHead of Product · Cobalt Labs
“We had ten weeks and an investor milestone. Rofiq scoped it down to what would actually ship, told us plainly which features to drop, and we were taking live orders in week ten. The honesty about scope was worth as much as the code.”
DODaniel OyelaranFounder · Meallift
“Our storefront went from 4.6 seconds to just over one on mobile, and conversion followed. What impressed me more was the handover: the performance budget is now a CI check, so it stayed fixed after he left.”
IHImran HossainEngineering Manager · Bayleaf Commerce
“Most of our patients are over seventy. Rofiq insisted on testing the booking flow with a screen reader and with two of our actual patients before launch. Sixty-one percent of bookings are online now and reception can finally answer the phone.”
DSDr. Shireen AlamOperations Director · Northfield Clinics
“I inherited two of Rofiq's codebases. Both had a README that was true, tests that ran first try, and comments only where the code genuinely needed explaining. That is rarer than it should be.”
NKNabila KarimFrontend Developer · Cobalt Labs
“Organic traffic to our course pages is up three and a half times. Rofiq explained the structured-data work in terms our marketing lead could follow, which is why it got prioritised at all.”

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Availability, pricing, process and what happens after launch.

How do you price work?

Fixed price against a written scope, invoiced across milestones — usually 30% to start, then on delivery of each milestone. Open-ended discovery or support retainers are day-rated. You'll always see the number before work begins.

What technologies do you work with?

React, Next.js and TypeScript on the front end; Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB and PostgreSQL behind them. The full list is on the About page. If your stack is close to that, I'll be productive in week one.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Often, yes — most interesting work is a rescue or an extension rather than a greenfield build. I'll usually ask for a week of paid discovery first so the estimate is based on the real code, not on hope.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of support is included: bugs, small adjustments and questions from whoever is taking it over. After that, a monthly retainer or ad-hoc days, whichever suits you.
